Returns Policy
ZAZLUV is happy to accept the return or exchange of all unopened and unused items provided they are still in their original packaging. However, we must be informed of the intent to return or exchange within 30 days of invoice.
Should you wish to exchange your items, you will be liable for the freight costs associated with returning your items to us as well as the costs to replace your item regardless of the value.
Should you wish to return an item; credits will be applied against your account which can be used for future orders or refund will give to the original source of payment method.

Shipping Policy
General Information
ZAZLUV uses several freight companies for all deliveries. All orders will be delivered to the address provided in the shipping details form upon checkout. If the incorrect address is provided to us, you will be liable for the cost of redirecting and or replacing the order. We will not be liable for goods that go missing at your front door. you will be liable for the additional redelivery fee.
